    Yes, but I've never seen one numbered that high. MS's is 31, and that's the highest usually.

    That is the production number though, correct? The number on the window doesn't represent the sequence of the car in production, they run different numbers at different events.

    No. 38 is somewhat a "holy" number in Japan. 3 is pronounced the same way as life, and 8 also means wealth, so 38 would mean rich life or wealthy life. It is popular for rich people in Japan to life in house no. 38 in their street, or have 38 in their licenseplates. And the fact that she "looks" asian might confirm this. I'm sure some Asian fchatters can enlighten us more. I just remember seen this on tv a long time ago.

    I hate to burst your thought bubble here, but 38 in referring to a woman's size refers to the measurement around her trunk at the breast level. Breast sizes are measured as a letter from to A (Petite) to double D's and beyond in extreme cases (like the one in your thought bubble) :)
