What was the "special launch technique"? Wasn't this a US car without the Euro launch system?

 

...more impressive, it was a well used 599 rather than a 'factory fresh' example. All that hard use and it was still getting the job done!

you can see in these photos that the car has launch control.
by these numbers the lp640 fans should go and kill themselves (well maybe not literally lol) i mean who would buy that car when you can get the better in everyhthing 599 for less $.

 

damn thats one hell of a test, really thorough and in depth, gott love road and trck, if u go by ferrari's specs thats quicker thn the enzo in a straight line, enzo's have run 3.1 0-60's so ive heard n top speeds to 225.

Absolutely!
Lp640,with real market value of 599 at roughly $150k more is starting to look like a real bargain.
