Any recommendations for where to buy and have fitted a set of P Zero's (maybe Corsa's) for my 360 in the Brisbane area?

I'm south side but willing to go for a drive :)

tyres on the rex are on their last legs....still, gotta love AWD....43000kms of often 'spirited' driving and still have a bit of meat left. rekon ill swap em at 50.

went into a 90 deg left hander in the pouring wet on sat (industrial area nice n safe), pegged 2nd gear on exit and all i got was a slight push of the nose wide and some squabbling thru the wheel before it slingshot forward again

had i done that in a rear wheeler id have been facing the other way going nowhere..or worse!

    "i love my car :)"

not if you knew how to drive it properly :p

Doozer, I think Corsas have not been recommended , straight PZeros .... or seeing as how it is trackday next week could I recommend some nice Hankooks so you will get closer to my times :p

my first performance car was a RWD...and believe me, a turbocharged RWD car is a handful in the wet. if you hit boost mid corner it can come unstuck rather quickly.

of course a RWD car can be well driven through a wet corner...but my point is within reason the turbo AWD car simply sorts itself out whereas the turbo RWD would be performing ballet and wanting to swap ends

    Really? Why aren't they recommended?
My current set still have tread left, just gone hard.

No one has actually given any advice on where to buy... guess everyone is still on their original set of tyres :p

oooh HARSH lol.. turbos ALSO make small & mid capacity engines produce huge and useful torque.. pretty damn handy stuff that.

I think the Subarus are a good performance expression of that.. they GO you know and can still get good economy and low weight friendly to tires all in comparison to much larger car all round to get the same..

But where's the challenge and fun in that?

why have a turbo RWD? Get a proper one and then you have independent control of both ends!!

i love AWD and RWD equally for different reasons.

throwing the rex around an impossibly tight corner and having it just hunk down and shoot out the other side unfussed is great...but then again steering a RWD car using the gas pedal is also a joy

P-Zero Rosso is the go for normal road use. Trouble is they are hard/impossible to get as the distributor holds no stock (in my experience).

You can self import from tyre rack; but no warranty in effect. Fast and cheap though.

How about for normal road use and a few track days a year (keeping in mind lord moretti's comments above... and thus the need to set a faster lap time than him :) ).
