Sultan of Brunei's Car Collection

Citronell and chillidog, can you please confirm if the Sultan had a RHD Mercedes CLK GTR Roadster in his collection. A total of 5 CLK GTR Roadsters were made with 4 of them being LHD and his one being RHD. I have seen that car in Singapore along with the Sultan's silver RHD CLK GTR and the Sultan's S600 Landaulet.

The CLK GTR Roadster that I saw was dark grey in colour.

 

I think they allready left at that time.

Did you see it irl? can you make pics of it?

I believe I've finally found (4) pics of the unknown LWB Rolls Royce, philosophically it can be called Phantom VII. It shares no coachwork with other Rolls Royces, allthough the headlights look like the ones from the Silver Seraph. The mechanicals come from a Silver Spirit.

The list is only of garage 5 iirc.
And I still want to see lots and lots of pics . There are so many Brunei specials that I haven't got a clue of what they look like. I'll continue updating this thread every few weeks.

 

What other specials do you know about maybe i can help(not with photos i am afraid).
I know a few guys took some video i will see if i can find them and get them posted up on youtube but dont hold your breath.
Does anyone have a photo of the batmobile which was a brand new converted 600sl 129 model.

I did infiltrate that place.

I saw his:

300 SL Gullwing with 6.0 ltr AMG engine
S600 Landaulet
RHD CLK GTR SS
RHD CLK GTR Coupe
2 S-Class Estates

plus I saw 2 Mclarens, 3 Paganis and a lot more. Have the pics and I was told it was ok to show the showroom pics. I'll need to confirm that once more though.

 

What showroom? Is there an open area there? Or did you perhaps just mean warehouse?

 

Post no. 553 sasys the name of the showroom. yes, there is a big show and display area. I also went in to the warehouse.

That should be a crime. I call for the sultan and his son's heads to be displayed at the Mercedes Museum!

lol. Maybe that's a little extreme but modifying a beautiful and historically significant car like a 300SL should never be done regardless of how little you care about it's value. Ruining a 300SL will put you out around $400,000 which some people wont bat an eye at but it also means that it's one less original 300SL in existance which is very very unfortunate.

Probably at least one more Bentley. I'm trying to find out more about that one. There are definately a couple more Royces. There is some more that I'm not going to post yet; I'm in contact with quite some people trying to find out more facts.

 

I actually saw it ,i was there when it was delivered a company in Bognor UK did all the work on it, it had a complete carbon fibre bat looking interior and even a flame thrower at the back which ran on gas.
The whole exterior of the car was transformed into a batmobile ,i used to have a photo of it which i took but i cant find it.
The company in Bognor must have some.

 

Bognor Regis... hmm, do you perhaps know the name of the company?
Did they also change the exterior of the car? with 2 big batwings or something?

Edit: I've also given these 2 Royces a name from the big list. They're either the Rolls Royce Royale, Majestic or Cloudesque. Majestic and Royale sound good for both these cars imho, but it's just a guess:
