    Actually, yes it does. It's patently obvious that they're not valid.

    On the other hand, that has nothing to do with whether I take responsibility for my actions. I drive at normal speeds, and if I get caught, I'll do whatever I can to avoid points.

    I assume you agreed with slavery? There were perfectly valid laws concerning human chattel in the USA. Are you telling me those were just laws, and you agreed with them?

    Get a lawyer. If you don't, it most likely the consequences will be arsher. The issue is on the ticket nor insurance premiums if you ask me but misdemeanor charges, jail, loss of license.... get the best lawyer in the area. You will be buying peace of mind.
