what do you guys think of this car?

Considering the mileage its on par. I think Roy sold his with similar mileage for a similar price, i dont know the history of the car that is the only worrisome thing, roy i know and trust. this not so much. also by the look of the dealer, they arnt specialized in exotics just high end (mb BMW lexus) cars.... so i dont know. if someone knows the car chime in

 

Fairly priced given relatively high mileage.

 

If you go any further have a thorough PPI done by an independant 3rd party shop.

 

interior looks worn w/ the drivers seat looking tired on the bolster. the kick guard also looks to have had shoes dragged across it. just looks a little worn.

I put this car on our database at Premier Motorcars about a month ago and the car had chromed factory wheels and only 7, 200 miles at RPM Exotics. Now the car has 24,000 miles????

 

17,000 in that period?judging by the used condition of it etc it's probably been slightly abused by previous owner

That is likely the car that Lambo Technical Services (think Lambo of North America) had to give the magazines and TV shows so that they could do their road tests. Probably the exact car that showed up in all the magazine photos when the Murci first came out in 2002. While it is very high miles, and I'm sure it didn't have easy miles put on it if the mags were all thrashing it around, it was probably the BEST MAINTAINED Murci around WHILE it was still registered to Lambo Technical Services in Weston, MA. After that, not really sure about its history. I see the car driving around all the time now by the auction place that is selling it. It was here for service a few weeks ago, but I didn't pay much attention to it since it had so many miles. Looked ok though. However. with prices of 02 Murcis where they are now, I'd spend a little more and get one with less miles.

Good question. Not really sure. After looking at the work order, one of the issues was that some of the digits on the odometer were not displaying. Repair appears to be refused by the current seller. If I find out anything else, I'll let you know so you can update your database.

I would go into this car with extreme caution.

BTW: Since it's a my02 than maybe the DMV read it as miles instead of KM.

24,000 km would be around 15,000 miles, so the car would have had to have 13,000 km to get to 8,000 miles right??
