Saturday the 21st around noon: Blue 360 spyder northbound exiting West Park (really stood out because the only occupant was a cute blond with a pink baseball cap). Few minutes later: yellow 360 (or possibly 430) spyder southbound (disappointingly being driven by middle aged man).

Sunday the 22nd around 5pm: Blue diablo southbound tollway.

James, that would be great. I've taken my 330 to Keller's two or three times and the response from the hotrod crowd has always been very friendly and somewhat awestruck...to them, any Ferrari carries the full mystique, even a lowly 4-headlight 330.

Another good time to go is on a cool spring or fall Saturday evening, when the hotrodders gather on the rear of the lot..they charge $5 to park back there and you can hang out as long as you want...I don't drink though, and a lot of beer is consumed...feel a little out of place.

Yeah, on the road, owners of American musclecars and Vettes do tend to ignore classic imported cars...if they don't outright ignore you, they make a point of blowing you off at stoplights.

    Sounds like fun...

Hey Steve. You're '67 wouldn't happen to be a white conv. would it? I've seen one on NW Highway a couple of times in the past few months.

Should have brought the Grand National, would have given the Olds a run. A given that either of those will kick the butt of any 308/328, Mondial, or TR we throw at it in 80's. I learned that long ago at Cruise In's. :D

At the rate I'm going, I'll bring the GN to the show the day my daughter Emily.. or better yet Aidyn drives our Sprite to a cruise in.. one's 8 years old.. and your wife met the other on Saturday night.

Great to see that many F-cars at a Chuck's show..

Spotted an Auburn Boattail Speedster on a trailer on Bryant Irvin about 4pm today. Looks like it needed some restoration work but a cool car nonetheless.

Driving through Westover Hills the other afternoon, saw a very old Rolls Royce sitting under covered parking behind a very large mansion. Older brick mansion, neat arched parking area behind iron gates. RR had been sitting for a very long time with flat tires and a thick patina of dust and leaves.. Would have made for a killer photograph had I been carrying my camera..

    Maybe next time.

Todd, if you get a chance check out the Burgundy Rolls left for dead parked in a unprotected use car lot at the corner of Currie & 7th street just west of downtown Ft. Worth. It's been stripped of most of it's parts & the convertible top has been slashed, a real sad site indeed. I'll try to get photos of it if I get a chance.

South side of the road? Top looks almost like it's an afterthought?

The RR in Westover is easily 20-30 years older.

We should start up a classic auto rescue.
I spotted a Studebaker Transtar this past weekend in North Dallas. Just sitting there waiting to be loved again. I bet some of these cars could be had for free or next to nothing, if not for free.

Unfortunately, most of these classics tend to be owned by someone who is "going to restore it someday" or is otherwise unrealistic about the value of their machine.

I'd love to find an old Studebaker truck cheap, I've always throught they were cool.

That Roller has been there on and off for about 20 years, along with one of those bizarre motorcycle-based cockpit contraptions with the outrigger wheels. It will probably never leave.

Today about 1:15 on NW Highway at Preston, saw a dark blue Testarossa with the Koenig looking scoop on the side. Didn't look very good to me.

Saw that same car on Shorecrest right around the same time. Figured it might have been heading for Norwood, which is where I was coming from.

Looked okay, sounded great. Got a good look at the tail end as it passed going the other direction. There was much visible evidence of forced induction :)
