Hello from Germany, this question is no joke, but can I reuse my oil filter after removal ? I have just performed an oil / filter change and now has to remove it once more to get at the water thermistor. This time I installed a Baldwin filter and would hate it, if I had to scrap it after only several hundred kms. Best Regards and thank you in advance for your thoughts. Martin
Yes you can re-use it, Go for it mate, make sure when you refit it you apply a small smear of engine oil on the sealing o'ring on the top of the filter so you don't pinch it
