I need your guys help. I could have sworn I ran across a picture of a garage with a painted black floor with vertical Ferrari stripes somewhere on this 360/430 site two nights ago but I have looked everywhere and cannot find it. Anybody else see it and remember which thread it is in? I even searched on "black garage floor" but found nothing as expected since that term was not the subject of the thread. I have searched the three most recent pages of the 360/430 threads but no luck.

Reason I am asking is I am going to have my garage floor stained and then polished and black has been suggested as a way to go.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
    Nick

Frank: thanks very much. Good look at some black floors. Nice cars, too, huh?

410SA -- I would guess those sliding glass windows help greatly with the light situation. I'd be concerned that you'd need a billion watts of lighting in that kind of space because the floor absorbs so much. Eh?

    BTW, it looks dang sexy!

What a huge garage... I'd kill for that much room.
    Is it 4 cars wide?

Below is a photo of a black stained and polished concrete floor done by Bomanite of Wisconsin with whom I am working. It is amazingly reflective and should not swallow up too much light. I will have to wait a month or so as the company is quite busy. I am also going to have them include three foot high logos of Ferrari and Porsche down the middle of the garage aligned vertically. Once done I will upload a photo so you can see how it came out.

This picture looks like a dead-ringer for the garage in one of the last scenes of "Ferris Bueller's Day Off."

I love that garage all you need is a room overlooking it with all your stuff what an escape location and a great excuse to fill it with cars of course

There are seven in this pic, but it can take more when we use the wheel dollies.

You need to get that F430 out of there and replace it with a proper car... :p:p:p

    Just kidding, great collection. :)

It's long gone. It really was a very odd duck amongst those iconic cars. It's been replaced by a couple of oldies, also crammed into that space right now.
