I have a Nikon D40X; bought it a few weeks back.

Yeah i got a Rebel XT. I was actually debating weather to purchase a XT or D50, but ended up going with the Canon. How do you like the D40X thus far? What lenses do you have?

 

It's my first DSLR camera, and I quite like it. need to get some filters though.

my only lense is 18-55. I was looking at the XTi with 18-55, but didn't hear all that great about it; plus D40X was cheaper.

 

Sounds Great. I was dissappointed, the XTi came out shortley after i purchased my XT, oh well. I can live without the 2 extra MP.

Enjoy the new camera, can't wait to see more of your pictures!

Okay, here they are. The 599 is from Victoria (and has been posted in this thread before).

This is an Italian Car Club of B.C. event, which I have been organising for the last couple of years. It's our first major event of the year and it gives the chance for some of the members to dust off their cars and take them out for some fresh air. We drove through the Langley and Abbotsford countryside, stopping along the way at one of the wineries (Domaine De Chaberton) and finished off the run with a bar-b-que at the house of an Austin Healey owner, who generously offered to host the lunch and have a mini car show in his back yard...
