    I'm wondering if there could be a "general" Forum whereby potential buyers could ask other chat members to do a visual inspection of cars they are interested in, in other states - with reciprocity of course - instead of posting those requests in the model specific forums.

    Just go to that region and post a new thread. I've done this for another member out in Cali who was interested in a Ferrari in Austin. People will be more than happy to assist you.
