    Bro, Laguna schedule out - you're playing on Sun at 2.30 pm.

    Better re-schedule if you can't make it, or go there directly when you touchdown at Changi haha...

    Ten for this year & 9 gone with one last waiting for Dennis or anyone who won't drag their feet.

    Mel's demo car is fully spec up with huge ceramic Brembo brakes costing S$50K, pushing OMV to S$308K! The carbon fibre sideskirts & rear diffuser looks good while the blacken pipes reminds us of a racer, so is that S$22K option wing! No drama on start-up as usual but when it hits a highnote, it's F1! I love the seats, the shoulder grips very well when you do cornering & the engine cover's probably half our weight including the wing.

    i was glad i did. totally fascinating and made me remember why, once upon a time, i was such a ferrari fanatic. the attention to detail is tremendous and the amount of time and care put into each and every part is just awesome. thanks to coupe1 for drawing the show to my attention.

    sorry to have missed the launch of the superleggera. by all accounts, it sounded like a "happening" do (both outside and inside the toilets!). saw the full page ad in the bt today as well. wonder if ali ever copyrighted the "float like a butterfly, sting like a bee" statement.

    lung: big hint, "sl" means something other than superleggera to some of us!

    I absolutely love the exhaust note, the tightness of the sound is very much like a cup or challenge car. Excellent! Was told that the car lapped 1.5 sec quicker than a 997GT3RS and 7 sec quicker than a F430 on the same track, the report will be out in a mag soon.

    Huh? 7 secs is a lot of difference in this part of the world. I'll be posting pics soon.

    Tang, can you burn me a copy of that show? I'll buy you coffee when we're free.

    No worries, will do that.

    Btw, was just looking at the specs of the new EVO X, it really reads like car porn to an enthusiasts

    {The Evo’s dual-clutch DSG-like six-speed gearbox with paddle-shifters is another first for Mitsubishi and will be the standard fit 'box in the UK, although a regular six-speed manual will be available. But the new Evo’s most significant piece of hi-tech kit is its Super All Wheel Control (S-AWC) technology.

    Based on the current car’s electronically controlled four-wheel-drive system with its Active Stability Control, Active Yaw Control (AYC) and an Active Centre Differential (ACD), S-AWC takes the Evo to the next dimension by incorporating active brake control, active suspension and active steering. evo has driven an engineering prototype on a slippery slalom course and, despite being fitted with only half of the S-AWC package comprising the AYC and ABC, the car's electronics worked superbly to deliver just the right amount of traction. }

    Man the system sounds awesome.

    My humble opinion(not having seen the superlegerra) the upgrades are not significant enough to warrant a switch nor increase in price, i think cheaper to DIY with aftermarket parts from tuners. 50k for ceremics!! That can be sourced cheaper from third parties AP etc too. But if money not a problem then just go for it :)

    jon, sorry i missed this first time round. yes please, pass me the mag when you can. this month's car magazine has a feature on "the greatest ferraris" and old ferraris to buy. quite interesting because a lot of what they say mirrors a lot of our experiences. well worth a read.

    wah actually hor money will be on the Singapore flyer lei, that ugly thing can see really alot of angles lei, but sure cost a bloody bomb to get a car

    I dink hor, fullerton chicane hor is the worst spot lei, corner to tight, so u see very little of the car hor, and if u in the room at fullerton hor cant see much also cause so many trees there? hmm must go recce

    Absolutely rite! I am really interested in seeing how the 430LP will perform against the rest at the Ring. From my understanding from Ferrari factory, the prototype 430LP is faster than the Enzo at Fiorano circuit.
