Hello Tifosi, Does any one have any experience changing the window motor in a 308 (1980) I think my motor has seized up. I had been using my crank but it broke also due to the seizing. Any help here would be most appreciated. Thanks.

While you're in there, be sure to install the speed booster that Daniel at Ricambiamerica.com sells. don't know the exact code for it. But I installed them in my 246 and they've been a great help in getting the windiws to work better. Dave
I dunno how they work, but they do. I also don't know how television works, among many other things. I put 'em in my dino, and they work better, that's all I needed to know. Go for it. took about an hour to do the first one, about ten minutes to do the second one. there's pictures on here somewhere. DM
