<DFW> Q&A Rally, Bass Hall Tour, Lunch, GTG

I am putting together another event, yes, I plan alot, here is what I have so far:

Details:

Who: Invited guest
What: Private Tour of Bass Performance Hall, Q&A Rally , Lunch TBD w. prizes for winners of Q&A Rally
When: ( June 16th or July 28th ) I have a poll going on the Audi site TBD
Where: Meet up point prior to the Tour TBD
ETC:
1. Bring a passenger, otherwise Q&A may be impossible to complete
2. Full Tank of Fuel
3. $20. Donation to help cover donation to BPH, Food, Prizes, etc
4. Dress is casual
5. Invite as many friends as you want - just make sure I get them on
the list.
6. Parking at the Bass Hall will be Free , we will park on the 4th/5th floor together.

June 16 is during the USGP weekend, lots of local Fchatters will be in Indy

 

Sounds like the same thing DJ did last weekend for the Regional MB group. June 16 is also Le Mans weekend - that's where we will be again this year.

That is where I took the idea from. It went over really well and I am crossing over into the other forums I am active in and using some of his ideas and have some variations as well.
