    The 412 has a deeper front section than the 365 GT4 2+2 which is pictured, below is the 412 and you can see the differences :)

    There was also an article about the FLY Studio's 365 GT4 2+2 car in the FCA magazine Prancing Horse. It was in Volume 46, on page 9. The article is called: "Fly Studio-Modena Ferrari 365 GT4 2+2 Cabriolet by Peter Coltrin"

    My book (Antoine Prunet, Ferrari Road Cars) also says it was built by Fly studios and remains probably to this day the only known "official" variation on the 365 GT4.

    Amazing what some people will spend good money on just to be different!

    There may also be a one-off 'Hello Kitty' version of this conversion.
