HOUSTON EXOTIC CAR HAPPY HOUR II !!!!!!

Calling all Houston Exotic Car Owners and Auto Enthusiasts!!

We are happy to announce our second Houston Exotic Car Night. The first happy hour turned out to be very fun, despite the bad weather. With some better luck, clear skies will prevail and we will have the entire parking lot and outside patio filled with exotic cars and enthusiasts!

Date: Friday, May 25th (if there is bad weather, then Friday June 1st as an alternate date)

Time: 5PM

Cost: Since reserved parking space is limited, all that is being asked is to take care of the valets. You drive your own car of course. The valets will simply assist in guiding you to the right spot. I believe it is $7+$5 tip so around $12 total. You are not obligated to park in the space if you don't want to pay. That's your decision.

Here are some guidelines/requirments:

1) Space for the reserved, closed off parking spaces are very limited. It can support about 40 cars. Therefore, if you are definitely going, we need you to respond to this thread with the following info:

a) How many people you will be bringing in order to reserve patio space?
b) Car(s) you will be bringing? If you are responding on behalf of someone not on this forum, please do so in a separate line item with their name and info asked on a) and b).
c) If you would like to come but do not want to pay the $12 valet or do not have a car you would like to put in the lot, that's fine too. You are more than welcome to join us. Just let us know how many people will be coming in your party so we can still reserve some patio space to eat/drink.

We do not discriminate. This is all about having a great and safe time, meet new people, and see other people's cars. If this goes well, we can set up runs and driving events as well as monthly or weekly car nights. If you don't have an exotic or unique car to park, no big deal. If we, however, do fill up all 40 on this list, please give the spots to those with the exotic cars...and I use the term exotic loosely. We would like to see Ferraris, Lambos, Bentleys, Astons, Porsche, Benz, BMW, etc...or any car you think is exotic and unique.

So block off the date in your calendar! Make your plans now to join us. Tell your friends! See you all soon!

Well, I have the Hot Rod Show at the Continental Club, May 19.......

Then off to FoH Body Shop with the red one, maybe we'll get something else rollin'.......

might bring the bentley/chevy; took a month to get a new radiator, but the shop smacked up the hood, so it's in for paint, but should be back tomorrow;

what happened to all the porsche and lambo guys?

 

They all very busy trying to free up their schedules for the end of the week, so that they can make it. (Think positively......think positively......)

 

I'm trying to get some good customers of mine to join us since it seems like a small crowd so far. I won't know untill Friday if they will be joining us. One has an M6, and one has a 993 that came from the factory with a GT2 body kit. Now, if I could talk my friend into bringing out his Carrera GT, that would be something.........Oh well.

 

ALL, I am proposing that we put off the Happy Hour until the next friday, our alternate date, since there is a 50% chance of rain. Plus, by then, it might give some of those who cannot make it a chance to next Friday. I will send out PMs to all those on the list tommorrow morning. Lets hope for better weather NEXT Friday!

unfortunately guys, I am not going to be able to make it this coming friday. i have to watch the kids for the wife to go to some event she has had planned. other than that, im free for whenever yall want to meet up!
