    For the most part, the issue is there are SO few to choose from in the USA. Many owners will not sell no matter what.

    Dear Comrade Michael,

    There are one or two available in England. The prices presently are circa £240,000 for a low mileage example that is in a commensurate condition. This notwithstanding, I cannot recall seeing one advertised for less than £200,000 for quite some time. Certainly, they appear to have appreciated quite significantly over the past eighteen months or so.
