Hey guys.... long time no see.

Our busy time of the year is in full swing but I just needed a breather to stick my head out for a minute.

Just got a PS3/60GB and that new update rocks my socks!!!
It is now hooked up to a Pioneer 50 inch plasma... BluRay at 1080p/24 is an almost religious experience. :D

So.. anyone got a PS3 yet?

IMO, the ps3 blows. To me its a discounted Bluray player. I enjoy my wii and 360 so much more. But recently i dont even turn them on. I also own an original NES with ALL the accessories, the sega master system, genesis, super nintendo, and couple of other systems. Yeah I love video games:)

Actually, compared to most other standalone BluRay players, the PS3 is close to or by some measures at the top of the heap.

The Pioneer+PS3 combo right now smacks of good value with a great picture quality. I might have to have some beers available for guys to check things out in a couple of weekends.
