My new addition to the family is a 01 456M GT 6 sp, grigio ingrid with dark blue interiror with 27K miles. I have looked on and off in the last couple of years for a V12 that could haul the family (and even some luggage) and the 456 is the obvious choice. I was delivered to my office today while I am in Provence on my way to the F1 GP of Monaco... Never been in a situation where I wished that my vacation would end sooner so I can go back home and see my new toy in the "flesh" (bought it long distance). It is joining pair of 348 spider and TS (and the ultimate project car, the Citroen SM).

Rough pictures attached that my staff took after the delivery, can't wait for it to make it back to its real "nest".

I've seen grigio ingrid on a 360 or F430, and it's very elegant.

    Congrats!

Hey, I just looked it up. The final year of production for the 456 was 2003. I did not know that they made them for that long.

I love your 456! I just like it better in red, but that colour is still nice.

Looks awesome Franck! ...worth the wait, I am sure.

Beautiful color combo! Also, it is the color featured most (no. of pics) in one of the official Ferrari brochures for the M (frequently available on eBay), which I am sure you have a copy of already!

Let us know of your driving impressions and post more pics.!!!

    Enjoy!

I bet you do. I can understand your desire to see it in the "flesh" back in your garage with the "twins." It looks like you will have plenty of room.
