    Not a good idea.........

I think you should be driven around on your wedding day. There is a lot going on and you don't want to focus on driving.

I would be very select about the wedding party decorating it though. Personally I don't want any tape, string, bouncing cans, shoe polish, etc. within 20 feet of my F cars. If it wasn't being decorated however it would be the best part of the wedding.

I drove my Triumph to/from my wedding, and it was great. The whole rest of the day was all her, flowers and doilies, and crap. So why shouldn't you have something too? The few minutes from the church to the reception and from the reception to the hotel were the best parts of the whole day. Though I did have to listen to her ***** about grease on her dress :D

for my wedding day i have a orange new beetle cabrio , not exactly a f-car !
i think is not a great idea to heve a f-car for this special day, because it s very fun to not have to drive , i was so nervous on my wedding that i could crash the car if i drove !!

A friend of mine had a 612 Scaglietti as wedding car last year. He had some flowers on the front.

Nick Mason apparently used his 250 GTO to take his daughter to her wedding.

Also, I will be driving a friend of mine to his wedding in my 308 QV in two months time.

My friend lent me his 348 for my wedding. I drove to the church in it with my best man. I then drove from the church to the reception in it with my wife. It was decorated with yellow ribbons and I thought it looked great. I'm divorced now, but I still look back on that day with a lot of fondness!

    Here you go!

I took my cousin to her wedding in my GTE three years ago, and I let the groom drive it on the way back from church.

The ungrateful bastard told me "the noise is nice but it feels like a truck"!

    Cheers,

    Julio

The color is "Blu chiaro". This is a great and beautiful car (3787) that I (stupidly) sold last year to somebody in the US! The car lived 40 years in Switzerland, 3 in Spain, and is now I believe in Florida.

wow that's surprising; i knew that colour only on cars from 80's/90's and it's far darker... it is glasurit or ppg?

We left our wedding in my 1973 MG Midget. Had I owned a Ferrari at that point, we would have left in that. The MG was fun though, except for the part when sparks from the wiring harness under the dash almost set her dress on fire (true story).

She knew I was in a hurry to get her out of that wedding dress, but I bet she never thought I would resort to setting it on fire!

Per Ferrari, 3787 left the factory in 1961 painted blu chiaro 20295 A It (I guess that's a Glasurit).
