German newspapers Bild and Spiegel are reporting rumors that Toyota might trash Ralf after the USGP. So if Toro Rosso really sacks Speed (hard to imagine after his brilliant Monaco performance) for the French GP, maybe Schumi II gets to drive the TR.
Apparently Ralf is the highest paid driver. I am not surprised that Toyota want to get rid of him. I am very surprised that he has lasted so long in F1.
hehehe... well, he keeps blaming the car's handling. at the same time, Toyota is already looking at the driver's transfer market. he better get his act together in this next 2 races...but then again, there's turn 13 at Indy....
For all the complaints about Alonso being a whiner, he doesn't hold a candle to Ralf, the biggest ***** on the grid. That pillow-biter is long overdue for a departure from F1. Goodbye, good riddance, and don't let the door hit your arse on the way out.
Exactly, and as Ferrari Dude pointed out so eloquently, the guy has his Brother's famous last name to thank for. Not to mention, Michael has 100% more class in his pinky than Ralf has in his soul.
I don't know if there was a single person outside of the mentally deficient Toyota management that thought hiring Ralf was actually a good idea. The justification was firstly he had 'experience' (what, at losing?) an second that his name would bring hype to the team and boost morale. Well, on the second point, what did the name do other than constantly remind them that they had the lesser Schumacher? On the first point, what has Ralf done to help the development of the car? He's a whiner. He just wants to complain. And to boot, he's a sucky driver. He shows no brilliance at all. Just endless mediocrity. I was hoping he was going to pack it in after he put it into the wall at Indy.
Ralf is not getting bounced for now. Toyota announced yesterday that they will help Ralf recover. I am not sure exactly what that means, except an introduction to Britney Spears or Lindsey Lohan.
