    I am traveling to france from so cal. for the race
    i have not herd of any planned club events for ferrari
    owners or any special vip tents
    any news out there ???

    When are you leaving? Hopefully you have all travel and accomodations planned out. It get's packed there!
    Not sure if Ferrari has anything planned at Le Mans. They're not really involved, just private teams.
    Try asking around. Was there last year, and did see this though:

    You do have tickets right? You can get a pit walk ticket from the ACO for 460€. All it gets you is a parking space, access to paddock and pit lane during practice from 2-4 pm and Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:30pm. Pit walk is Friday 10-8; driver's parade in town from 6-7. We get our tickets a year in advance from the UK. The bus excursion for 25 GBP is the bargain of the weekend (Arnage and Mulsanne - leave at 8:30 pm, back about midnight).

    Going to be a good race with Risi, Scuderia Ecosse, AF Corse, GPC against the Porsches.
