New to the F car world, however, does anyone get extreme heat from the engine bay? So much that the outside of the challenger rear grill can not be touched? Is this normal, it heats up the entire garage.

that sounds about right. When I return home and park the 360, the temp inside the garage must go up about 15 to 20 degrees!

There is a lot of heat in the engine bay. Once I accidently touched the tubi with my forearm while checking something down there. It instantly burned my skin. I still have a scar from it that it slowly going way and that was probably almost a year ago.

Common behavior. Many times, after driving, I'll pull into the gargae, leave the garage door open and pop the engine lid to help cool things off.

Openning the lid after driving can be tricky because it gets so hot.

Challene grill gets really hot, it helps get hot air out as well, alot of times put your hand up to the back window and you can feel the heat.

Very normal, open lid to cool engine after hard driving.

    Normal....

Here in Arizona I pop the Stradale hatch to minimize cooking the Lexan window and the garage is air conditioned! ;)

Don't let him fool you; it wasn't an accident.
I have the word "Capristo" burned into my forearm. It happened right before I snatched a pebble out of Brian Crall's hand...

Normal. After your drive you may want to open the engine cover/rear deck lid and allow the heat to escape faster. Heat is not Ferrari's friend.
