We live in the IW CC too it's warming up. i live in San Bernardino during the week for work and school [go to CSU San Bernardino] and I go home and visit the parents on the weekend
Ah - good deal. For many years my grandparents would come to Redondo Beach to work two days and then go back to Palm Desert for a long weekend. They're on Tomahawk. Nice country club... I've always liked it.
it's a nice place. we're right near the gate [manitou entrance] on Vaidya. probably the newest development in the CC "The Estates" contemporary styled custom houses. i think there are 13 lots available, 2 of which have houses on them already. the rest are available for purchase.
That area has grown like crazy since they bought their place. Hundreds of new restaurants everytime I come visit. Does your family play golf there? I couldn't believe how outrageous the fees are. Sorry... this thread was supposed to be about your new toy.
haha; naw, my folks don't golf, but they're seriously considering taking it up. hell, i don't play, either, but living THERE makes me want to! yeah that area on 111 between Indian Wells and La Quinta is growing quick.
no problems. owner was very honest with me, and i'm taking it to Lucent next friday to have the shocks checked out [as they are clunking in the rear]
