She was sentences to 60 days and served 24 hours for her DWI. Paris was sentenced to probation for her DWI. She was sentenced to 45 days (and initially served just over 2) for what I believe was her second time violating the terms of her probation.
Since when has jail detered people from committing crimes. Isnt half the experience of jail also to teach a lesson to those that ignore the laws of this country??? Jail is there right now and I have never been and It keeps me out of jail just thinking about jail by forcing me to make good judgements in life. I feel like Steven Write right now...
You would loose the bet....... I had no problem with the Aaron White thread other than no real info was ever posted. I thought the thread was great. It served a purpose of informing other Fchaters of a potential scammer. I got tired of all the talk with no substance. Talk about court cases with no documentation to support the position. It actually did the thread and other people that try to read it a dis-service.
That is a misfortune that some are happy about. Don't tell me what 26 is.... It is your opinion that 26 isn't young.... Just to clarify, it isn't Paris that blames her parents. It's my opinion that her parents are to blame.
I think Paris was on probation for DUI. 2. Fox news investigated and found no one that had actually served timed for VOP, according to them.
She was on probation for the DUI and was not allowed to drive. They caught her once and had her sign a document saying that she KNEW she was not allowed to be driving, then they caught her driving on the suspended license again.
IMO the bigger issue here is the "little guy" in the US & A is getting tired of being held to a lower standard while those of power and influence are treated differently. It's good to see the laws being upheld for a change. It gives us hope. Anyway, enough of this and on to the next MSMD. (mains stream media distraction)
My point is this: Famous person #1, who you used as an example of why Paris was being treated unfairly, served 24 hours in prison for her DWI. Paris Hilton served 0 hours in prison for her DUI. She was let out on probation, and violated the terms of that probation, which landed her in jail. Paris was given a second chance, and she ****ed up again anyway.
Ummm....... Yes, I know what jail is for. That's why I said IMO...... Further, I'm suggesting that because of all the overcrowding, the non violent offenders should be first out.
Bah...good ridence, she needs to be there...just so we have some peace in quiet in the news for a few weeks.
Do you mean higher standard? I think people use all the power and influence they have. If you or I had more we wouldn't put it aside. We'd all use it and I don't fault anyone for that. The system did not let her get away with it.... There is a diff. between the issue of penalty and the issue of being happy about someone else's "misfortune"
Haha....what? For expanding on what I said and agreeing with her? I think you should re-read your own post for an "owned".
Funny you mention it this way....her misfortune.........a good thing then, think about the one life that was probably saved from a DUI ? Now , if only we can get Lindsay Lohan in the slamma for 45 days, life and the street would be a safer place.
It's not jail they need.... It's a driver. They shouldn't be on the road. Lindsay and her SL65..... She should be limited to 70hp.
