    My dad is selling his 2001 360 Spider, Black on Tan, Stick Shift, 9800 miles, no mods, stock wheels, daytona seats, fully serviced at Ferrari/Maserati San Diego, always garage kept, no stories.

    A buddy of his wants to buy it, whats a good win-win price?

    I looked at a ton of cars before buying a 2001 red/tan (US car) , F1, shields, red calipers, 14k miles with all service a month ago for $157k from a dealer. Your miles are less but the color will drag it down a bit; I'd say $155. Good luck with the sale.

    You don't think Black/Tan w/ Stick shift would be more desirable? I don't think it would "drag down" the price. I have heard everything from $155k-$175k and thats kind of a wide gap... what makes the difference?

    manheim says $142k, so I would say 150k to 155k.

    Having sold my 2002 spider a couple of months ago, that is a 150-155K car max.

    I agree with the above; I've seen several 2003's in the low 170's so $155k seems like a reasonable upper limit. For whatever reason, red is definately more desireable than black and thus commands a bit of a premium. I would have preferred that my car was a 6-speed but I think I'm in the minority.

    The MMR is not a gage for the retail market rather an auction price!

    Based on you car I would be at $169k..

    That would be a dealer price? I like the sound of that a lot better than the people saying 150-155, this car has been very well taken care of compared to a lot of 360's out there, we paid $190k for it in 2003. Also, I think the black/tan with a stick shift is a very desirable combo.

    Car should be worth about $160K Condition & very low mileage ( under 6k ) will always command a premium - color is not that important as there is always a buyer looking for a specific color. Personally, I think black is more flattering to the shape of the 360 than red. And, in the past, I have only owned red Ferraris. Good luck with the sale.
