Today he did. Ferrari needs to get some work done over the next couple weeks and find about 3 tenths of a second per lap.

This was a sad race as you really could see the Ferraris are not in the same league as the McLarens; this could turn into a long year unless the boys start to develop the car much faster than they are now.

I am sure Alonso will be nice today, in the next two weeks as he starts hearing all the love for Lewis what Alonso says may be different.

Massa's almost 20 points down and we're 30 points down for the Constructors. It's going to be a long rest of the year.

Alonzo hugs Hamilton and then shows the camera what he was really feeling... "this sucks"

Hamilton is awesome! Love his passion for the sport. His energy reminds me of MS.

Sorry to say but Ferrari is 2nd best this year. Crap!

The MCs look unstoppable this year. Even if the Ferrari cars are just as good or even a little better, the drivers are "maybe" just as good and Lewis and Alonso. The point spread is just to great to over come unless Ferrari wins most of the races and the MCs get a few DNFs.

Our cars can't be that slow Kimi came away with the fastest lap of the race.

Ferrari has some work to do and maybe Kimi shouldn't leave things for the test driver and get in there with his head down. Maybe he is doing this already but if he isn't he'd best start.

go lewis! I wish the ferrari's had done better but at least alonso did not win. I still cannot get over the mclaren reliability this year I've stopping hoping the cars will break it just looks like it's not gonna happen.

O and BTW derrick daly, or whatever his name is, what a jackass. Did anyone else hear him commenting on how lewis should not be blocking alonso (even though he wasn't) and how teenagers watching shouldn't follow his lead?

I liked how the speed crew immediately after politely told him he (daly) was retarded.

Well seems this is indeed going to be a long season, in some ways we could be looking at a 1988 scenario again, except that this time Ferrari would have won more than one race as they did that season.

I feel there just isnt the developement happening at Marranello, and I personally dont beleive that Kimi gives the right type of feedback, look for example at the years he was at Mac, did their car ever get quicker through the season: NO.

There is only so much you can expect of Massa...

I'm happy to see teammates for both teams really pushing eachother and I hope it continues for a long time. Bravo Lewis, but I'm still rooting for Alonso. He seems really disappointed with himself but that is better than someone who would be happy with second place at this point of the season.

As for France, it will be interesting to see if Ferrari's pace improves; most of the teams will be running downforce setups more similar to eachother than at Indy. Hopefully BMW will fix the problem that put Quick Nick out, and Renault will continue their advancement in performance. Despite his spin, Fisi sure looked racy today.

Bring back Brawn. Have MS work with Massa. Cut KR salary to 20m with the rest based on results.
