AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! FINGERPRINTS! NOOOOOOO! I'm sure I wouldn't scream if it were mine. The paint on the F40 is weak as it is so no worries I'm sure. Great picture!

Thank you! AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 55-200 f/4.5-5.6 Bargain lens of the year at $250.00. It's not billed as a macro (or "micro", as Nikon calls them) lens, but I was able to get close enough. I manually focused the lens as close as it would go, then moved the camera until the little guy was sharp. Shutter speed was pretty high, but as close as I was, I'm sure that the VR helped. I have a 105 f/2.8 VR Micro on the way. Can't wait to get that one! Camera is a D80
I took this a while ago... Just going through harddrives and disks and found it I do like this shot Image Unavailable, Please Login
They did sell them at the Ferraristore.com but they are all sold out. They made 1500 with the red face and then 1500 with the black face. I think it was about 300 euro originally. You can find them on ebay every now and then but the price is usually marked up quite a bit.
Very cool. At my place, I've been storing a friend's hobie cat for a few years. Hopefully will get to take it out again this year. Any water proofed action shots?
The Yellow car is a post war Packard and the black car is a c. 1938 Graham which got many of its design cue and parts from Cord.
