Hi! I'm new here and this is my first post. I have been lurking for a while and I am amazed by all the interesting characters on this forum. After I found this site, I have been infected by Ferrari virus. Ferrari is always on my mind.

I just graduated from grad school with a butt load of debt, but I can't wait to make some money to get a ferrari and become a true member of this community.
I am sure there are alot of savvy invester on this site and maybe you could give me some suggestion on buying real land. My friends are buying land at Apple Valley area in So Cal inland and want me to joing him. If you know anything about real estate, investing, or apple valley, please give me some pointer.

    Thank You

Pony up for silver and you can access the business forum. DO NOT SPAM. If you seek advice or have input there is a great wealth of knowledge here but that great wealth comes at little sacrifice.

Apple valley only makes sense to buy if your going to work an live over there. Its a real bear go drive into the cities from there. Just watch out for Drunks. there are lots of them up that way. Good prices on some properties. To hot in the summer for me however.

They should really make B&I a "read only" section for cheapskate non-subscribers (like me). Would kill 2 birds with one stone - would teach folks how to use the search function (surely that would be a HUGE plus!)...and would probably lead to more subscriptions if there was anything worthy of notice to be found :)
