Well, I don't think this crash did much difference to the car - it was already ruined even before the crash.

isnt it a koenig 512 BB (BBi)?

yes, the video is a repost, and I know the owner must feel bad, not because he's embarrased (although he may) but more because he hit someone else's car and it was his fault, probably kicking himself.

I would think there's a difference between smacking a wall during a track day and hitting a bystanders mercedes during a rally. :(

Hasn't it got a bodykit fitted to it? It's a bit hard to tell from the video, though I think it looks so...

Well, I try very hard not to criticise anyone to much. If you live long enough and expose yourself to dangers enough times, sooner or later you are going to screw up. 40 years of reading aircraft accidents have taught me that its not the rookies who goof big, its the well seasoned pilots. Overconfidence is a killer. The guy you call a tool today, could very well be the guy calling you one tomorrow. And regardless of what anyone else feels, a Koenig TR is a very special car. Quite the Ferrari in my book.

    Well said, +1

All the same I can't help but chuckle when I see him lose control.

Very well said. But it's a Koenig Boxer, not a TR; most likely 20709 or 42869.

Still a nice car. Guess those big fat meats on the back were just a lil to slick for the "event" at hand. Funny, but that 348 sounded just as hot as the TR that followed it.

The Koenig BBi had so much Ueberpower (650 hp vs about 380 in the original), that I'm not surprised he stuffed it.

That car is way faster than the original BBi.
