Never thought I would see the day....but it has happened. Someone has become JOEWNED....Poor kid has to ride "shotgun" with Joey on the next run!

I'm only 2 years older...and I know of one regular F Chatter who is 1 year younger! Keep the kid around, let him start an amazing hobby!

Dude, they are giving you a hard time, yes. But just go with it, laugh it off! Prove that you don't care! If you're a great photographer, you can get the last laugh when you show up to a show and take amazing pics. But if you get pissed that easily, they'll keep going at you.

Well Jayson is 18, not 14. That small distinction means he is an adult, and I know I would not feel totally comfortable taking a 14 year old kid for some high speed runs.

No as for events and the such: there are some that are handled discreetly, and there are others that are wide-open. You have to keep an eye on the board for the latter.
