Thursday, July 5th, Broward County, specific location to be announced.

Please RSVP immediately as this dinner is the day after the 4th of July holiday, so we need to know exactly how many are attending by the end of next week, June 29th.

Looking for a location in western Broward that has good parking, and will allow us to have separate checks. If no suggestions by early next week, the dinner will be at Champs off of Cypress Creek and I-95.

Yes, we survived it, but Joanna broke her knee on the fourth day of the trip. So it was crutches and wheelchairs everywhere we went! We got a bag of lemons and tried to make lemonade. The RV survived okay, some generator trouble but otherwise it was fine. Surprisingly comfortable. It felt much like a cruise ship with a constant swaying. I personally liked it, my two little kids liked it, but Lisa and Joanna would rather do the minivan and hotel routine. It is defintely good to be home!

You have to change the oil and filter and gas filter on the generator every 50-70h of running time. Depending on how big the generator is. I have a Onan 7500 and we are just coming back from Sebring. I think the thing was running 3 days straight 20h a day min. First thing will be to clean the cars and to change oil and filter.
Same with the motorhome (fuel filter every 5000Miles) When the filter clogs your f'd.

Then make a different suggestion if you are familiar with the area. Like I said, I'm in, but trying new restaurants is good with me.

Fred, I am suggesting west Broward for you. Please give me some suggestions and I will stop by there later this week and deal with it.

How about around the Sawgrass Mall? Anything good there?

Weston I am out. Will not deal with the traffic for 2h on I595. Same with Sawgrass Mall.

How about the Italian resturant behind Hooters in the same plaza. The parking on the side is usually pretty good/empty? Can't remember the name.
