Off topic. Rara, you want to invest in Coffeeshops? Got some friends doing it with partners, 10%+/- return. I'm out of the game.

Hello, are you sure that silver Zonda is S$800K??? I would sell some organs for a ride.

That or the F will be the Ultimate supercar for me. Zondas have been getting rave reviews all over, never heard a poor one & according to Pagani, orders for his new model are repeat clients & they loved them so much they don't sell em! This is like Richard Mille.

mate, i am not sure what you know about me but i can most assuredly tell you that i cannot spare 800k for a zonda, period. i am not being falsely modest, i simply cannot afford it!

even if i could afford it, i am not sure i would spring for it. a zonda's never been on any of my wishlists. having said that, having seen jon's latest ride, i now have new aspirations!

Maybe you guys can form a group with Reddevil as consultant. I'm serious! Property will only go up for the next 2-3 yrs & new plot ratio announcing next year, meaning more en-blocs. But we're talking constant return here, no punts & we got all the right people here except an accountant?

My friend's old classmate owns about 120 coffeeshops in S'pore not to mention his catering businesses & has his own vege farm in Malaysia. Employs 700+ workers & Cisco guards to go around collecting $ every evening. He's under 40. Heard he doesn't play cars. This is entrepreneurship.

Thanks for the kudos bro but mine owns by Hong Leong & on loan to me. Got to write review & return it 2 yrs later.

See, we need aspirations ;) Still can't believe what I did, I was always thinking of buying a white countach from UK then import it here & register it as a classic all for S$300K+/- just because it inspired me when I was a kid.

Bro, you can. Just give up some luxury like me & stay in HDB flat. Found that we actually don't need big spaces to live. Lower your housing loan, property tax & utility bills, no country clubs, no latenight parties, no expensive restaurants & it is possible.

Thanks bro, waiting for you to join the rank :D

But I really don't have so many richard milles. Only one pink gold helping a friend to find buyer. I like it but don't understand why it's so expensive for what it is like the Zonda. Too bad I had to sell my watches for this hobby so won't buy the RM.

Thanks for thinking so highly of me, but I won't claim to be an expert on coffeeshop ownership. Anyway, coffeeshops, or commercial shops for that matter, offer good returns but managing your tenants can be a headache.
