Saw those RM005, very nice but evo beng like rara also have. I would only get the RM010 or the new RM011.
I was very impressed few years back when we went up to Ferrari day, his 328 was keeping up with the fast convoy. Great car!
Seriously what's RM11? Can't keep up with these nos. Rara, the Evo sounds interesting. One thing for sure it's only lightly tracked once & never raced in street, most probably accident free. Spent big bucks on mods, entire chassis is stripped to spot weld, painted to Ferrari's Stradale blue. The block is now opened for port polishing & upgrading rods etc. Good time for us to visit workshop & spec to your liking or the chef there will recommend. It's a 2yr+ MR8, we're guessing S$120-140 including the mods. He's spent S$80K but the car will be good as new once it leaves workshop & more power than your G. Even I'm interested. Call him for appt.
What you didnt see was the effort required to keep up. Car is/was bloody uncomfortable and a SUPER B*TCH to drive daily. But unforgettable looks. Reason why I had the nerve to keep up was cos the belts were just changed and thus I could rev the socks of the thing and surprisingly keep up pretty easily.
RM011 is a flyback chrono with annual calender and is less than 100k I believed. Jon, whose evo is that? Maybe I should beat rara to that and then buy a RM005.
Nice! There are some pictures of a silver fully kitted novitec F430 in the recent auto italia magazine.. I love the rims and the GT wing!
Wah everybody en-bloc fever here Now that annual calendar function would be useful. Owner has Lung's 430. It's a good car, all the nice upgrades but then hardly pushed; well that's what he said. I like the way they weld the chassis, kinda like early RS & Ms. Good thing is buyer can now walk into workshop & spec what he wants to be done.
Chris offered it to me after the belt job when I was a little poor then & now no way of getting it @ that price He told me the aircon is terrible in our hot weather though. That's why he seldom used it & now drives an MX5. Can you believe a six footer in that?
Chris? The owner between me and Lung? When did he do a belt job? As I understand it, very little was done maintenence wise when he had it (but then again, he hardly drove it). No, cannot imagine him in a MX5!
Yes, him & I still see him regularly. He did a belt job @ HS before selling it, told me it cost $7K+ that time which is like 3/4yrs ago? It would have been my first Ferrari, few months later I bought the 348. Think it's owned by the ID guy now who has two of them. I haven't seen any nice 3X8s running around or for sale lately.
Guys, u got to watch Transformers, the show hor is INTENSE sia...all the V8 Revving makes me hor want to get a Camaro man. Plus the mustang absolutely rocks sia...i think after lunch at Hooters tomolo, i go watch again kakakak
the three amigoes have ridden together again. in an impressive show of solidarity (and within the space of a week) the amigoes jumped together in rapid succession (for the third time) to ensnare a bull, a stallion and a godzilla respectively. brother mike, as they used to say on sesame street, "one of these things is not like the others"...
hellooooooo.... can you all stop telling the whole world what my wordly possesions are? phil go ahead and do the blue one. i am more keen on a only slightly mod car and unlike bono, have found what i am looking for. figure you will need the extra 200 bhp to keep up with me on the track.
have any of you gentlemen thought about getting the new nissan GTR(dropped the skyline tag)...3.8L V6 turbo with 7 speed Audi DSG...270k to 300k PI, since some of you would consider a Evo?? and anyone interested in a 2005 euro spec WRX STI?? stock standard bar exos??
yup, have always had more than a passing interest in owning one of these mad bad jap cars. thinking of the evo x or the gtr. not keen on the wrx, in my case, scooby don't! at the risk of sounding like a paid pr guy, any of you interested in these godzillas should speak to the boys at mb motors.
Wow I must be getting old... the last movie i saw was Priates of the Caribbean, and I am not talking about the lastest version.
