The Concours d'Elegance Racing Best of Show last weekend at Fiorano was the 1967 330 P4, chassis number 0856. In 1967 at the 24 Hours of Daytona, this car was driven by Parkes and Scarfiotti. It's the only remaining 330 P4 that has kept it's original bodywork and mechanics.

Not only did it win the Racing Best of Show, but it also was the Ferrari Employee's Choice (trophy is the right front of the car in the photo).

Congratulations to Bob Smith Coachworks for presenting this absolutely awesome car.

Numerous photos follow - I especially like the one's I got of Michael, Felipe and Kimi looking at the car.

    Enjoy.

Thanks for the comment about the photos - it's very much appreciated. I've got something like 553 photos from Saturday and Sunday. I'm "sifting" thru them and will post more.

Thanks for these marvelous pics Carol. It obviously was a great event. Well, bigger than words can describe.

In the third pic from above it seems as if Felipe is kicking the tyre. So I guess he put in his bid for this used Ferrari :D

David Clarke certainly had an eye for old race cars;2 of the P cars and a 250GTO. The P4 continues to win. Thanks for sharing these wonderful Ferrari pictures Carol!

A good choice! I have always thought that the P4 was the most beautiful sports/racing car ever conceived, and this is almost certainly the best example extant. Bellissima!

Is that spare tire really only held on with bungee cords? It must be bolted on somehow. And they don't look like "period correct" bungees.
