Very Cool Sonny! I hope FM has their tent with the smok'in deal on the food and drinks like a couple years ago!
We should all meet before hand somewhere and drive in as a group like last year... Ice man you out there??
I talked with Ray last weekend and he told me that he got an F-Chat account last week. And even if he doesn't post here I am still more likely to get a reply from him than I am the iceman..
What time are you guys planning on being at PIR on Saturday? I will mostly likely be bringing a good friend of mine who has never sat in a Ferrari before, so I figured you guys would be nice enough to give her a taste of the good life.
For those that attended last year, which is the better day to go, Saturday or Sunday? I'm going to bring my Rebel XT and practice some panning shots
Sunday is the best day. More people will be there but there is actually racing going on, not just practice.
I'll see if this works. This is my first post. I have 12 cars signed up. But there is always several no shows. You had to get corral passes in advance as a group by June 1 to get cars in the display. However, the Ferrari marque has a way of getting in places. You guys talked of getting together and going in as a group. They will take you inside the track at turn 8 on the back side. You guys without passes be in the middle of the group and talk your way in. Might work. May find someones pass to use. I will be out there Saturday morning, have to leave after lunch. Will be out Sunday.
I'm still planning on going Sunday but the M5 is still at the spa. Hopefully, it will be done by Friday.
I'm definitely planning to be out there Sunday, most likely in the 365. Since the corral is in the infield, I probably won't even try, but will just park somewhere else. Parking usually isn't a problem, I've noticed.
I'd be interested. Hadn't planned to come down but as long as tix are available, it sounds like a good time. Who's making the trek from Seattle?
