Nope, are you on Windows or Mac?
Let's try to figure out what's making it crash.

Yeah, iTunes's Windows port is the main reason why it's so primitive on Mac OS X... :(

Ricodc, is this the only change in your software / hardware? What kind of crash are you getting?

WJHMH - The 7.3 update includes a little more than just that, you can check out these sites for more detailed info

But anyways, iTunes shouldn't be crashing unless something went wrong with the update or it's something bringing it down.
If it's the OS entirely coming down, you should be getting a blue screen with an error message / reason why it's doing done, what is it (if it's happening?)

I've been an itunes user for a while but recently, I've been using the new verion of windows media player. I still use itunes to sync, but I like windows media player for playback.

When you reinstall iTunes, do you reinstall Quicktime as well?

The new version might be more RAM hungry. Try disabling any superfluous features (like the album view or auto connect and download song info from the net)

It wouldn't crash though, it would just be super slow if it started to page to disk.

Does anyone know where Windows keeps it's logs?
    Something like Console in OSX?

Well on my oldest computer running ultra slow is often a prelude to a crash (if it slows down enough)

Not sure if this is what you are looking for you but follow these steps for a log of your computer's actions:

    1. Hit Start
    2. Hit run and type in MMC
    3. Select file and then add/remove snapin
    4. Click add and choose event viewer
    5. Hit add then finish
    6. Press ok and you should have in your console route Event Viewer (local)
    7. Expand it and look for whatever you need.

Hope that helps, if not I will try to help you as best as I can.

PS. I am running Win XP and the new iTunes and have had no problems so far.

    Best of luck,
    Walid
