I got a new camera today (Canon PowerShot SD900) (Digital Camera)

10 MP !!!
It has a 2.5" lcd screen
(It takes picture's really fast and really good, it also has a (1024 x 768) high quatlity movie mode, i paid 540 canadian for it)

I was pulling out from curbside parking and a red sunbird came rolling down the hill with no driver crashed into my passenger side door. This happened in front on about 100s restaurant patrons on yew street this evening. There were lots of volunteers as witnesses.

Holy Crap! Thats Crazy!

No driver? Did the owner finally show up? Stolen vehicle?

 

No we could not lacte the owner and the car was towed away

 

anymore pics? How bad is the damage? Were you driving or parked?

 

I was just pulling out no chance to get away. Only right door is damaged along with the right window, door is jammed shut, otherwise car is ok

 

Chipmunk - glad that you are ok. I'm flabbergasted as well.... the silver lining tho is that if a freak accident is going to happen, that's the one you want. No one's hurt and the sunbird hit you in the "best" place. Seems like the door can be replaced relatively easy and no structural damage to the rest of the car. Best wishes in getting your baby cleaned up and back on the roads soon.

 

Im sorry to hear, dont get too upset over it, get it fixed and get back on the road, and enjoy life....dont worry about it (i know its easier said than done)
At least you didnt get hurt or anyone with you.
