05 430 price?

This is always a guess, but I would say around 215-220.

Begin with MSRP.... Understand you can buy new for $50-60,000 over MSRP.
I suspect $30,000 over would be fair. Best

not a good deal, high mileage and an off color. for $220K you can buy a titanium/navy 05 F1 with about 2800miles

 

Are you looking for MSRP that the car was originally in 2005 for those options or to compare it to a new 2007 MSRP for a similar car?
I think the MSRP for 2007 would be a little above $210k for those options. $200k is probably close for the 2005 MSRP.

Grigio Alloy is a great color, but like the other post implied, is not everyone's cup of tea. In bright sunlight, it is stunning. There is a 456 in our area that is grigio alloy that really stands out at any Ferrari event.

MSRP in '05 plus 25K would be reasonable.
MSRP plus 20 K would be an excellent deal.

 

That car sounds exactly like the one that was on ebay a few months ago at about $195k and didn't sell, then was probably sold to another dealer looking to make a few bucks, then was listed again, by the new owner, on ebay and Auto Trader for around $210, it didn't sell again (I think) then went up on ebay with no reserve and sold for around $197, but I could be wrong about that last price... It was listed at one time by someone in Arizona but the car was in Las Vegas... or visa-versa....

Is the car currently listed by a dealer?

 

I'm surprised no one has placed a little more emphasis on the color combo. Grigio Alloy is a tough sell in my opinion. Many people refer to it as "baby blue." With a blue/ivory (ivory being off white in color) I would imagine that this car would NOT bring a premium. Options are important but when you're discussing "x" over MSRP in most cases I would say this car should be MSRP or possible MSRP less some percentage due to the color combination. Just my .02.

 

Original MSRP was 195-200K. The options you list were about 15,600. on top of the 180-181K base price for an F1 coupe (including freight and gas guzzler tax) This would be considered a high mileage car of course and difficult to sell for that reason. The problem is that almost anyone who can come up with say 210. for this can come up with 225. for a low or normal mileage car. If you don't mind the miles, that's good but drive a hard bargain, there's plenty more cars you can go for.

I agree. Plus its realttively high miles for the US market. Not that thats a bad thing. My guess - is $195 to $200K.

 

I would say you need to decide what YOU want to pay. The dealer no doubt knows it has 2 strikes (color and miles). Decide what you are willing to pay and offer 5K less. Be prepared to walk if they won't meet it. Several times when negotiating I have gotten up and headed to the door only to be called back. The potential upside of this car is that the original owner obviously ordered it to drive and enjoy and equipped it with what he liked, not what he thought someone else would like. It was probably carefully driven and maintained. The cars that are offered with 500 miles on them scare me the most. What are the odds the owner drove it carefully knowing he would be selling after a couple of tanks of gas? Plus, if you buy a car with 10K on it, you can be pretty sure it was not a lemmon. My own 430 which I bought new has 8K on it and I have not had any problems whatsoever, but some owners have not been so lucky.

if you love it, and you intend to keep it and drive it then 200,000 would be a fair price...but if you intend to keep it for a year or two and then turn it, then 190,000 is more like it.

Make an offer and be prepared to walk away. This car will not appreciate, as it is made in large numbers and a new model is probably on the way soon.

 

I would not pay anymore than 200k for this car. Like Dave said the color is going to be tough on resale and miles are high. If you can afford 200k I would look a little harder and pay 220k to find a car with much lower miles.
