Looks tremendous!!! You can sure fit alot of air in there ;)!

Does this use the factory cloth feed tubes? I was poking around my radiator and found that when the cloth feed tube went over the radiator, the cross-section was flattened quite a bit, enough to restrict airflow IMO... and the last thing we need is restricted breathing on our 355s... :(

Does it provide a great weight savings over the original? Does it increase air flow (hp) a fair amount? If not, then it's just a very expensive intake system made from a different material than original and I don't see the point. I don't find carbon fiber "pretty." In my mind it simply looks different.

I should point out that I'm anti "carbon fiber overkill!" If something is made of carbon fiber and really contributes to improvement I'm all for it. Otherwise....

I think I'd rather have 3K worth of driving lessons at a high performance driving school (I could certainly use it!)

I think there's a lot of room for improvement with the 1 sensor 5.2 setup, as the necks on the airbox are very small. With the 2 sensor 2.7 setup, the airboxes themselves are decent already.

As far as weight saving, yes it does, very much so. Airflow is massively increased. If you are anti CF overkill then I guess my car is not pretty to you. But it is "pretty" to me. I would not put this stuff on if it was for looks only. I have a very specific reason for doing this. Spend 3K and fly to Japan, drive my car at Fuji Speedway or Suzuka and I am sure you will feel different. lol

    :p

Do they by any chance have something similar to my old lady??

That is, do they make them to the 348´s as well?
