    i know the merci can fit one behind the passage seat but does anyone know where you could get away hiding it if not any photos of a nice box. also if anyone has upgraded there speakers, what and how much better was it?

    I am with you on that one.

    Hey - it is your car, but a 10inch sub will hurt the value, add extra weight, take up the entire boot area (which is stupid small as it is) - but the boot area would probably hold the sub.

    I had a black 04 G car with a custom stereo system. It had a 10" sub in a costom made fiberglass box between the seats. I thought it was cool until I my girl and I wanted to go out of town for the weekend. NO ROOM. The space behind the seats is very important if you plan to go overnight anywhere.

    I have a box made for behind the seats with 4 5inch focal subs. the box is top notch work. If you want shoot me an email I will give you pics.

    When you get the BEAST back from Heffner...
    no other sound will surpass the roar of the twin turbo motor...
    and you don't NEED a 10" woofer for that!!!!

    The brain of the car is behind the seat under the panel. If you decide do anything, make sure the BOX is easily removable.
