I'd like to find out what a silver spoon tastes like...just for a little while!
An 'older' family friend told me he test drove this car last week. He also drove a Rossa/black 360 Spider the same day. Cars were at Euromarque and for sale he said. He loved the 360, but loved the 430 more and was keen on it. The salesman told him car was for sale for $475K. He was ready to pull the trigger, but said it is hard to justify paying that much for a car. No leasing for him. The salesman said he would setup finance for him, but my mate wants to pay cash , which he would. He said that ever since he was a kid, he has loved Ferraris, (as we all do) and after seeing my 348, he really wants one. I told him you only live once, so live it up and get one. All he has been thinking about for the last week is this car he reckons.
I hope so, would be good to have another Ferrari to drive around here with. I reckon so too, but I also told him you only live once.
Wonder who would buy this n-plate? [Great photo.....NOT! Come back Nikon D40, i miss u] Ciao M Image Unavailable, Please Login
Is it just me or have I been noticing a lot more Vic 3 letter custom plates around? On cars like BMWs, Mercs, Range Rovers, Porsches etc - seems like this is the next best thing for those who are unable to get their hands on a heritage plate...?
There is an upcoming Shannons auction with a number of 3 digit heritage plates if anyone is so inclined.................or look in the age newspaper every Saturday. They are not that hard to get if you are prepared to pay for them.
I saw '55' VIc HEritage plate on a white Subarau Forester (Earlly 2000 model) some weeks ago. Older gentleman driving.
ian...mate....now that *I* have one they must be worth well north of $100k!! you know i'm a trendsetter....they're suddenly going to become very popluar no way known i'd own some crappy $80k sh!tbox!
