I had an alignment done at Ferrari of Atlanta on Monday, with the hopes of centering the steering wheel. It is cenetered at 11:00. I picked up the car, and though it tracks beautifully, the steering wheel is still at 11:00. I have a local shop in Nashville that is looking into removing the steering wheel and centering it. I know that there is an airbag to deal with. Anyone here have any experrience with this? Would appreciate some input. Thanks.

Its very easy to do, just make sure the battery isolator switch is turned off before removing airbag. There are notches in the steering wheel (like a sprocket) and its no doubt at some point been removed and then re-affixed back onto the car, they unfortunately didnt check the centring before tightening it. Very easy to do and should take no more than 20 mins.

I don't know if I would opt for the steering wheel option or simply adjusting the toe on both side equally. If the wheel is still at 11:00 that means you need to bring the left wheel out and the right wheel in equal amounts. It's as simple as jacking the car up and loosening the tie bar screw and turning it equally a quarter turn on both sides (out on the left and in on the right). This will not mess up your alignment. It will straighten your steering wheel.
