Yes I might get banned or this thread will get deleted and thats fine with me because Ive just seen the ultimate example of an ****** that isnt doing anything positive for the content of this site. I dont care if he pays to be here he has no right to be an instigator and a moderator. The thread he redirected to have me continue to fight with another member (which was over) is stupid and Ive just reached the lowest possible level of respect for Dave M because of it. He thinks its funny, I think he's an idiot. Because I made a valid suggestion to another member as to what works and what doesnt in a high performance engine I get roasted because mk e said otherwise. The fact that an IRL engine builder also had a small article contradicting mk e's statements (and backing mine up) means nothing. Mark E is right...as always and has people on his side that swallow everything he says. Well, sorry for helping (or trying to), you guys can all go F**K yourselves (Mark, Dave and that other noname moron that chimed in) . If Im to stay as a member I expect an apology from "dm n stuff" publically or im gone by my own accord. Ball's in your court Dave M.

Newman, you're rebuilding a 308 from the ground up, I think (imho) it will be better than when it came from the factory. I dont know what happened, but you've got my respect, I've seen the thread, and honestly, I don't care about "who builds the best what", all you guys rock.

I know you feelings may be hurt because you have been disrespected, and I wish I could apologize FOR the offender, but I'm sure thats not what you want to hear.

We've lost some good peeps in the last year or so that I've read the list. I'd hate to see another go.

I implore you to look past others behaviors (childish or not). This is, afterall, a chat, and not real life.

I hope you 2 come to some resolution offline, because the value of FChat is amoung its contributors, and if we all leave, then there will be no more FChat, just a bunch of punk kids posting how "my nsx can beat your ferrari".

Don't that that happen.

Ok, so lemme see if I have this one straight.

I get a request from a guy who's a respected member of FerrariChat to remove some flotsam and jetsam from a thread HE STARTED about cams that distracted from that topic, in the Technical Q&A Section.

Technical is for technical, which, BTW, is why I'm gonna move this to other OT, but not before I finish my counter argument.

You can call me whatever you want if it puts some salve on your apparently fragile ego. I can take the hit. Know what, maybe I am an ****** for wanting technical to be that, instead of a free for all of verbal assaults between guys with axes to grind on each other.

I didn't delete your posts, I just moved them where they could do the most good. Troubled by that? OK, that's fine.

If I'm asked to do it again, I will, as long as it appears to be an off course excursion in a section that's supposed to be for serious discussion of technical issues.

As the thread starter, I asked that posts that did not contribute directly to a constructive discussion and contained personal innuendo or worse be removed from the thread. It was and is a very instructional discussion to which both Paul and Mark positively contributed, and to which both Paul and Mark carried on a disruptive spat which I suggested be removed as the thread was good archival material not requiring this component. They are both valuable members whom I respect, but the spat was no value added and personal best continued offline.

If anyone has a beef, they have it with me. I really do not see the cause for all the drama myself.
