"North Central" spotters thread

Monday I saw either a 360 or F430 Spider (only saw the back) on the corner of 5 Mile and Farmington road in Livonia. It was red.

Looked in my mirror and saw an Alfa-Romeo going in he other direction.

 

Orange-ish Panoz Esperante in Detroit by the Opera Theater.

 

wow! i was on my way to the car show in Canton today and i saw a white with beige hard top 250 cali spyder!! i didn't arrive in Canton until about 3 so it may have been at the car show, but this car was traveling on 77 north at about 2:45 and it looked very original! any more info on this car?

 

The other night I saw a black f430 Spyder at Brio in Newport, a red f430 spyder in hyde park square, a bentley flying spur in Newport at Tropicana, and a Maybach on Kenwood road.

 

Grey F430, navy blue/black 355 Coupe on Woodward. R8 at the VW/Audi building on Hamlin and another by the Townsend, Morgan Aero 8 also by the Townsend, orange Elise on Woodward, black SRT-10 Viper by Mitchell's in Birmingham, V8 Vantage in front of the Palladium then driving around Downtown, Continental GT with black custom rims driving by the Palladium, and a DB9 leaving Downtown on Maple headed toward Coolidge.

 

I never see anything

Hey, sorry I couldn't stay longer at Autozone today, my daughter decided that it was time to go! LOL

 

It was nice seeing you again and the car seat in the F-car was great

 

Thanks James, my daughter has been a regular passenger in the spider since I got the car. She's been riding in it since she was 3 months old.

Just in case, for those who may be wondering, there are no air bags on the 348's, and I checked the owner's manual first and page H23 is dedicated to Child restraints. The 4th paragraph states (in bold)

NOTE: In the 348 vehicle, the manual lap belt has been installed by Ferrari in order to secure a child restraint.

I had to find this and show it to the wife prior to her maiden voyage in the car.

It's been pure bliss ever since:

"Daddy? will you please go faster?"
"Daddy, the horsey on your key matches the one on the steering wheel, which I also noticed matches the one on the back and the front!"
"Daddy, can we take the Ferrari to pre-school?"


I've also caught her giving the car a hug saying: "Nice Ferrari"

I've created a monster!

Now, I need to work on the 2 year old!

The other day there was a red 360 and a bentley flying spur at The Precinct (sp?), also a red f430 spyder in hyde park square. Last week the owner of the 430 had his orange GT3 RS parked in the square.

 

Black Lambo Gallardo and murcie both with black rims and a Noble at Easton on Sat. night.

saw a Bentley GTC on my way to work today (15 & john r)
I also swear that on Saturday night I was driving in front of a daytona on M-59, I could only see the headlights and he got off before I could get along side of him

Saw a red Ferrari Testarossa/512 TR, I'm not sure which, in Louisville near the Summit Shopping Center over the weekend. I haven't seen that one around here before.

 

Red 360 Spider at Kona Grill around 11:15 PM Monday.

 

Maserati Quatraporte in Kenwood and Bentley arnage in hyde park.

 

2 year old has the bug now too. She was walking by the Ferrari the other day tapping her index finger (lightly) down the entire length of the car.

My first instinct was panic..."Don't touch the car!" but before I could say anything, I heard what she was saying (picture her pacifier in her mouth at the time as well:

"Daddy's car...don't touch...don't touch...do not touch...I am not going to touch touch touch daddy's Ferrari...do not touch!"

So, every time she said the word 'touch' she was touching the car.

It was really cute.

I saw a midnight blue Ford GT with white racing stripes on I-71 S of Columbus, OH. It was even driving in the rain It was a great color combination though.

the light blue bentley is owned by a friend of mine;s dad at my school, the man used to be a NFL player until he got an injury and so he started a construction company, he has also a black murci roadster with black wheels, and a dark grey 360 coupe with custom rims...BTW nick have you been seeing a black newer arnage around lately? because the other day we were at Big rock ( which happens to be owned by my brother's best friends parents) and there was a kid your age running about taking pics of cars and was going gaga over our arnage t. AND guys BIGGGG NEWSSS I SAW A BLACK R8 WITH NON FACTORY PLATES reading "frstn1" today riding up on lone pine!!!!!!!!!! which means that they are being delivered already!!!!!!
