Hi guys, I would like to say that this is a bad joke, but it is not. News is that Joey had a heart attack this afternoon, and had a procedure today, with another to follow tomorrow. My brother has spoken to him and he seems to be doing well. The only other information I have at the moment is that he is in Maimonides hospital in Brooklyn. I will keep you posted as I hear any news. Please do the same if you should hear anything...... Mike

Holy Crap I just saw this...we were rolling with the Murci's yesterday and Gil as well, we all had a great run I am going to see him tomorrow Man I have not known him long but God I gotta tell ya he is an awesome guy
I just spoke to him and he requested that niptuck bring some nurses over to "spice" things up. He's trying to get some sleep, so has requested that all calls be held. He has a third proceedure scheduled for Weds, otherwise he is well and in good spirits. He seemed in good spirits and was joking with me.

Ok, here's the deal, the 1st post is 100% accurate. I just got off the phone with Joey and he is okay and in good spirits. For privacy reasons I will not disclose any particulars of his ailment and only say that it seems he will be just fine. Doctor's are getting him ready for Sunday's Lambo Run !! As I am sure this all comes as a HUGE suprise to everyone I am sure Joey is very grateful for all the well wishes and will post as soon as he is able. Myself and Hovik will be getting together with others tomorrow for a visit to wish him well. (I called scores and they offerred to send over some girls - but I declined on behalf of Joey - Sorry Joe health before a$$) We will update asap. Seth

Talk about a shock to the system...Joey my friend, nothing but well wishes for you and espcially for a speedy recovery. Crazy how things happen...every day brings something different. One day a new Murci and the next... Bottom line...rest up, be well and get back out with us soon.
Seth thank you for the update and Joey is a very lucky guy to have a lot of fans! He is a great person and always there for everyone and we are there for you. Everyone please don't send flowers but accessories to Mod his lambo like exhaust and carbon fiber inserts for his dashboard. JOEY IS #1
Like Seth said... We're planning on going to see him tomorrow. Many people already PMed, IMed, emailed and called wanting to go visit him. It all depends on what happens tomorrow morning. So check Fchat tomorrow before you go for the hours that would be OK.
