Once they get higher, they usually switch materials to keep the center of gravity low. Steel hulls and aluminum super structures.
Octopus cost Allen over US$200 million and has Permanent crew of 60, including several former Navy Seals Navy SEALs, That alone is wicked....
Anyone know where or have any high resolution pictures of the Wally 118? 1680x1050 would be the best.
Yes! I actually really liked that movie, the Wally, the Caddy, and Scarlet... all very hot. I can't figure out why it was reviewed/rated poorly?
Yes I know, I've looked all over google and google image search and I can't find any! They have to around somewhere.
I used to think the Wally 118 was really cool..but now that I look at it closer, its kinda ugly and quite a boring design overall. Impractical and not a lot of useable space for its size. The sail boat on the other hand is quite interesting.
Yachts? For the amateurs... Luxury submarines is where it's at. http://www.ussubs.com/submarines/phoenix_1000.php3
Theres a press section on there web site, so if you know someone with credentials see if they can sign up and take a look around
I love the 118 (it's my desktop at work) Have you watched the video on there website, I dont know a whole lot about yachts but it looks like theres allot of space, I do wonder why you need 6 crew members.

Sorry but that girl is mine. Daniella Cicarelli , she has one of the most sexy voice ever and her smile is fantastic. I just want the Wally and a 250 SWB competizione. I dont mind flying commercial
Yes, that Wally truly is spectacular! Is this a one off? If so who owns it? (Sorry if I missed the info in this cool thread)
I wasn't really a fan of the Wally 118 when it first came out. It has grown on me since then and it did look pretty good in The Island. Although now I prefer the Wally sail boat. Looks fantastic.
