Actually, that car came out of dallas tx area. Was a front end collision. Actually, was not all that bad. It was on ebay a time or two when it was wrecked. If you can get around the fact that it was a slight rebuild, its not that bad of deal!
I personally could never buy it as it would hurt my reputation considering I am a dealer that sells PRISTINE lambos

Strange, it looks to have a California vanity plate and Lamorghini Orange County Frame. I bet this car has an interesting story. I don't know anything about salvage cars, except that I may never know everything, lol.

I would pay no more than $110K for that car, that's if it passes a PPI.

Wouldn't buy t hat thing for 90,000. Just hinking of resale and how picky i have learned exotic owner's are (everyone in the market) from this forum, the ability to resell that car would be zero to moot.

i know that car, only because i seen it at auctions and the supposed story is

it supposebly belonged to jimmy smitts or the main actor on
LA LAW? I at one time i BELEIEVE he sold it to someone, who was happeneing to be in katrina-country not sure though.

go to the bottom of the ad and you will see a 6.2 engine for sale
thats the engine of out this car. its hydro-locked and and the guy wants $25k for it. WHAT A JOKE

yes, the car was water logged and they actually did a great job of fixing it. everything is new in it. i mean everything, from what i heard. so i dont think the car is THAT bad of a deal. i mean no metal to rust right? (you know wht i mean)

Look closely, those plates are NOT California vanity plates, but are LOUISIANA vanity plates. There was a long thread about it on L-P a while back. It was not flooded, but wrecked and fixed. There were pics of it wrecked on L-P, it wasn't pretty.

Cheap and inexpensive have two different meanings.

As I always told my sales people, never refer to any of our products as being 'cheap' or 'cheaper; cheap connotates inferior quality!

Always say 'less expensive', or our 'lower cost alternative'.

If you buy a 'cheap' product, you get a cheap product.

    Get my drift?

Hrmph, never thought of it that way...makes lots of sense. Ok, rename this thread: Is this the lowest cost alternative in the 2006 Murcielago market?
