What do you to make the car look like a scale model? It looks a little funny but the car sure is nice.

I often feel like a pilot when driving the Ferrari! lol....

I am a local resident....and the closest i have to flying a plane is making the noises when playing with my kid!

I've never seen it around, I'll keep an eye out for it. :)

Looks like there is a 2nd Yellow/Black 355 GTB out there somewhere locally. I'll ask my friend if his friend's is here, or did he drive it back to the other state where his "primary" residence is.

Tha car that you're referring to was purchased from a friend and business partner of mine. It's an F1 car and had something like 4k on the odo when it was sold. My friend used to keep in his garage and just look at it. Also, he lived in Evergreen/Conifer area and there was much of the year where he couldn't get it out of his dirt driveway.

Great pictures, very nice 355. Looks great in yellow with black interior, my favorite color combo for an F355.

It's the heavy background blur. When you look at smaller things up close, you can only focus on a small area. Like ... I'm sure you know this already, but when you're reading a sentence, you have to move your eyes across it or you'll only be able to read a few words that you are directly looking at. So if you blur the background, it makes it seem like the car is smaller

    Nice pics!

    What he said.

This can also be done to a lesser degree with a wide aperture, which is what is most often used to shoot small things like a model.

Yes, but in these photos, the blur was done with the camera via the aperature setting, not with any photoshop. Nice effect.

Only problem - the focus is on the front of the car, and things already start to get slightly blurred towards the back of the car as a result of the effect!

Other than that technical detail, the shots are framed well and are gorgeous.

Thanks for the compliments about my pics =)

    Thank you!

    I use large aperature f/1.4 ;)

Yeah, it's an impromptu photoshoot. If I had more time I'd be able to play around with different aperature to make sure I got the full sharpness on the car :)

    Here are two more....group pics:

I was there the week after Mark bought it at FoD, and had lunch with him - glad to see it still looks great and has a good home.

yep......but if i do not sell it, i will schedule it for the valve update at the next major. I do not think it is a big issue if you have the right person work on it. It is priced so anyone who buys it now, can get the necessary updates. Heck, the car already has had two belt changes and has a strong documented service history.
