When your in the gravel you are mostly airborn as you are bouncing a lot and the brakes will do nothing at all

Varsha said he starts in 5th.

NO SERIOUS INJURY OR BROKEN BONES per Ron Dennis. THIS IS VERY GOOD. Going to be kept a couple hours in medical center. Crossing fingers for a start tomorrow and podium for him.

    Carol

Hamilton pushed down to 10 if he starts tomorrow - if he does, it's even more incentive for the podium finish. I was so hoping for Felipe for pole.

RD again on itv... no injuries to Lewis. He's in hospital for observation. Won't know for a couple of hours whether he'll be able to race.

It's just amazing how strong the cars are these days!

Sounds like he's ok (Per RD, and when has he lied ;)). This is gonna be frantic, and I'm curious to see what impact the cold tires has on this run.

Lewis is 5th as of now but will surely drop lower. The poll is Ferraris for the taking

Maybe Alonso will complain that this was all a conspiracy.

KR on pole with FA splitting the Ferraris. Hopefully LH will be fine to race tomorrow and will be starting 10th. The most interesting races to watch are those where one of the top 3 (not KR) start from the back. Of course, that's assuming Hamilton's nerves aren't too shaken.

If he can race. If he does I would say his best finish will be 4th.

Kimi's light certainly came on at the right time. This guy is racing now like we all expected at the beginning of the season. It's probably safe to assume that he is feeling more comfortable with the car now.

Hopefully Felipe can goad Alonso into some off-road driving tomorrow and make it a Ferrari 1-2.

I REALLY hope that freaking Stepneygate doesn't ruin one of the more exciting F1 seasons in recent memory. When was the last time any one of four drivers could legitimately win the WDC?

Good morning guys, great qualifying today. Only one car down(???), and Ferrari 1 & 3. Probably would have been 1 & 2 if Massa made his last lap, since he slipped up a bit on the 1:31.7 lap. Well, off to my Saturday chores, see you tomorrow morning.
